2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup water
½ cup oil
2 tablespoons canna butter
1 large egg
4 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 F or 190 C Bake muffins for 30 minutes
• Mash 3 bananas
• Grease muffin pans
• In large bowl mix dry ingredients, all purpose flour, whole wheat, powdered milk, baking powder, salt, and sugar, until well blended.
• Add chocolate chips and mix well.
• In smaller bowl mix egg, vanilla, water, canna butter and oil and blend well.
• Add mashed banana to liquid mixture and mix.
• Begin adding liquid mixture into dry mixture until it forms thick dough.
• Spoon into greased muffin pans.
• Using last banana slice and place banana slice on top of each muffin.
• Bake approximately 30 minutes or until muffins are firm to the touch.
• Cool in muffin pan about five minutes, before placing on wire racks to finish cooling. |
