Mix dry ingredients, and then mix in agave syrup to make a dough like constancy. Then press dough into 6 desert dishes, or miniature cheese cake pans with removable bottoms. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour.
Chocolate Strawberry Cake Filling
2 cups cocoa powder
1 cup cacao butter
¼ cup agave syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped strawberries (save 6 whole berries)
• Add all ingredients, reserving chopped strawberries, in blender and blend until smooth.
• Then add strawberries and mix in cake mixture by hand.
• Pour into desert dishes filled with crust.
• Place a whole strawberry on top.
• Put in refrigerator and chill at least one hour prior to serving. |
