½ teaspoon oregano
3 oz. Cannabis ground
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
• Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
• Wash chicken and pat dry
• Lay chicken on wax paper, parchment or a plate and sprinkle by hand with rub mixture.
• Rub chicken with mixture on each side and place on baking sheet.
• Bake at 350 degrees (165 C) until juice runs clear.
Skin can be removed and taste will still be present. Baking with skin on will retain moisture in the meat and the taste will be amazing and a popular marijuana cooked meal that everyone will enjoy. This is a meal even the first time cannabis cook can make successfully for dinner or for an evening snack in front of the television. |
