Ingredients

  • 4 Grams of Cannabis buds

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Sunflower or Soy Lecithin

  • 1 pack 6 oz Jello (any flavor)

  • 28 Grams Gelatin (Unflavored)

  • 1/2 cup Water

How to make Cannabis Gummies

1.) Ground up and decarboxylate your weed in a dish that is oven safe. Place the dish in the oven that has been preheated for 25 min at 250° F

2.) Infuse the oil by combining the weed (decarbed), coconut oil, and Soy (Or Sunflower) lecithin in an oven safe bowl and mix. Cover and place on a water bath in an oven for 2 hours and set at 250° F. Take it out midway around an hour in the process and stir the mixture.

3.) Take the bowl out of the oven and set aside to cool for a few minutes. Strain the oil through a fine mesh kitchen strainer or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much oil as you can from the weed.

4.) Using a small saucepan combine water and 1/4 Cup of the Cannabis oil you have just infused, mix altogether and boil over medium heat.

5 Using a whisker mix in the unflavored gelatin and do not stop stirring.

6.) Add in the flavored gelatin next and again keep stirring for around 5 mins and bring the mixture to a boil.

7.) Slowly lower the temperature and adjust to low heat, spray the molds with non-stick spray. Using a spoon or a dropper fill each of the mold to the brim and ensure to stir the mixture from time to time.

8.) Put the molds into the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for around 1 hour to stiffen and firm up.

9.) Once this has settled you can start to unmold the gummies one by one. You can now enjoy it right away or store this in a container that is airtight for 2 to 3 days max at room temperature or Freeze it solid for extended storage time.
