Cannabis Macaroons (No-Bake)

Cannabis Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Coconut Cannabis Oil (See our Cannabis Oil Recipe)
- 2 Cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (for topping)
Things you’ll need
- Food Processor
- Spatula
- Spoon
- Measuring Cups
- Baking Mold or Muffin Tray
Small stockpot
- Plate
How to make Cannabis Macaroons
1.) In your food processor, add in your shredded coconut, coconut cannabis oil, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt. Blitz the mixture until everything is well incorporated.
2.) Prepare your rubber mold or small muffin pan and pour in the Cannabis Macaroon mixture in and slowly fill each mold to the brim using a spoon and spatula.
3.) Press each Cannaroon down using your spoon to ensure you have a dense shredded coconut in each.
4.) Place the mold filled with the Cannabis Coconut Macaroons mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours to settle and solidify.
5.) In your small stockpot, pour in your semi-sweet chocolate and place over the stove on low heat and allow it to warm up a bit and melt.
6.) Remove Chocolate from heat once it starts melting and use the spoon to mix them around to spread the heat and melt everything down into a chocolate ganache.
7.) Take your Cannabis Macaroon molds out of the fridge and slowly take each one out and place it on a plate.
8.) With your fingers, take each Cannaroon or Cannabis-infused Macaroons and dip the top portion of each into the melted chocolate and replace it on the plate.
9.) Garnish each Cannaroon with some shaved coconut on top and Re-do the same process until all of them have been topped with the melted Chocolate and garnished.
10.) Replace the Cannabis Macaroons in the fridge for another 15 minutes to finish setting and Viola! You now have your own homemade Cannabis infused Macaroons or Cannaroons ready for you to share! Or not! Enjoy!
