Cannabutter Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Cannabutter (See our Cannabutter Recipe)

  • 1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Things you’ll need

  • Hand Mixer
  • Measuring Cups
  • Bowl
  • Baking Tray
  • Parchment Paper

  • Oven

How to make CBD Infused Body Butter

Note: No need to decarboxylate in the recipe as we do not need to activate the THC.

1.) In a bowl, add in your powdered sugar and Cannabutter and mix using a hand mixer.

2.) Continue mixing and add in your egg yolks, 1 yolk at a time. Do not overmix.

3.) Add in your Vanilla Extract. Continue to mix.

4.) Add in your baking soda and your flour in increments until the full 2 1/2 cups are in. Continue to mix until the batter forms into a Cannabutter Sugar Cookie dough.

5.) Form the Cannabis Sugar Cookie dough into small balls depending on how big you want your final cookies to turn out.

6.) Place each Weed Sugar Cookie dough ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make sure to put space in between each Weed cookie as these will grow in size while baking.

7.) Bake you Cannabis infused Sugar Cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F or until golden brown and crispy looking on the crust.

8.) Let your finished Cannabutter Sugar Cookies rest for 15 to 20 minutes to cool down before removing from the baking tray. Store in an airtight container and viola! You now have your own homemade Cannabutter Sugar Cookies! Enjoy!
