Weed Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cannabutter (See our cannabutter recipe)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Pecans (or preferred nuts)
Things you’ll need
Bowl
Hand mixer
Sheet pan
Spatula
Sift or fine strainer
How to make Weed Cookies
1.) Put your Cannabutter in a bowl and mix to soften.
2.) Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla Extract and mix everything using a hand mixer.
3.) Once incorporated. Sift flour using a sifter or strainer and add it straight to the mixture. Mix everything again. Scrape the sides of the bowl using a spatula to get everything well mixed.
4.) Add Pecans or Preferred nuts. Mix a little just to ensure the nuts spread in the batter evenly.
5.) Prepare your baking sheet pan by buttering it up or you can use a non-stick spray on it.. Both will work great!
6.) Turn the Weed Cookies batter into balls and make sure you compress them as much as you can. Lay each batter ball on the sheet pan and spread 2 inches apart.
7.) Bake in the oven for 14-15 Mins and set at 350 degrees F.
8.) Store weed cookies in a ziplock or in a cookie jar or store in the fridge for longer shelf life. Enjoy!
