Weed Lasagna

I mean, this dish may require some elbow grease to get through but I can assure you that the result is truly legit! An understatement! It’s actually Superb!
This baked marijuana lasagna recipe is an extra special one because like I said we are not only going to put weed into it once but two times! We will be infusing both the beef lasagna sauce and the bechamel sauce! Seriously!? Isn’t that excellent! So for those looking for a fun-filled cooking activity to take on a weekend or on your day off, this is an excellent pick for you!
In this recipe, two Marijuana cooking book essentials infusions will be prepared which is the Cannabutter and the Cannabis infused Oil! Weed Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Lasagna pasta noodles
- Mozzarella
Lasagna Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Cannabis Oil (See our Cannabis Oil recipe and substitute with Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Leek chopped
- 1 Bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/3 Cup Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Cups Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano
Bechamel Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Cannabis Butter (See our Cannabis Butter recipe)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- Preferred Cheese (Optional)

- Medium Saucepan
- Small Saucepan
- Baking Tray
- Wooden Spoon
- Oven
How to make Weed Lasagna
1.)Create your cannabis infusion essentials by following our recipe on Cannabutter and Cannabis Infused Oil
2.) Prepare your Weed infused Bechamel sauce by adding the Cannabutter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in the Flour, mix constantly and allow to cook for 2 minutes making a roux.
3.) Once your roux is done add in the milk and allow to cook for another 2 minutes. Add in the Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper and your favourite cheese and allow to thicken up for another minute. Set aside to cool for use later.
4.) Prepare your Cannabis infused Lasagna sauce by sauteing your ground beef in your medium saucepan over medium heat. Add in Leek, Bell pepper and Garlic paste and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.) Add in the tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add in peeled tomatoes, Cannabis infused Olive Oil and all the herbs and spices and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes and you’re done!
6.) Assemble your weed lasagna by preparing your baking tin and coating the bottom of it with a thin layer of Cannabis Oil. Next, the idea is to do several layers of the different components. Start by putting in this manner: a layer of the cannabis infused lasagna sauce – a layer of lasagna pasta – then a layer of weed infused bechamel – then again pasta – lasagna sauce – some mozzarella cheese slices and then repeat the whole process again and start back with the lasagna sauce. Top and add your favourite grated cheese on top and bake in an oven at 220 degrees F for around 1 hour and 20 mins.
7.)Take your Cannabis infused Lasagna dish out of the oven and set aside to cool down for a bit. Slice into portions and it is ready to serve! Viola! Your very own homemade twice infused Weed Lasagna Extravaganza! Enjoy!
