Weed Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-8 Grams of Marijuana Buds
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Large Egg
- 12 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- Salt, Pepper & Cayenne

- Oven-safe bowl
- Tin Foil
- Double-boiler
- Spoon
- Cheesecloth
- Heat safe measuring cup
- Stock Pot
- Saute Pan
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Baking Dish or Dutch Oven
- Oven
Weed Mac and Cheese
1.) DECARB your weed. Grind up your preferred amount of marijuana buds and place it in the small oven-safe bowl and cover with tin foil.
2.) Place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees F and let the weed decarboxylate for 15 minutes.
3.) INFUSE your butter. Slice up 1 stick of butter and let it melt in a stockpot. Remove all the milk protein that is building up on top of the butter to get only the clarified butter at the bottom.
4.) Filter and pour melted butter on the double boiler and add in your decarboxylated weed. Let this infuse on medium heat for about 30 minutes while mixing occasionally.
5.) Once Cannabutter has infused, filter through the cheesecloth and make sure to squeeze out all the Cannabis goodness out of it.
6.) MAC & CHEESE. Set aside 3 tbsp of Cannabutter to be used later and pour the rest in a saute pan over medium heat.
7.) Sift flour and add it in with the butter and allow to cook for around 5 minutes making a roux. At this point, you can now cook your macaroni elbows in a separate stockpot. Drain and set aside once cooked.
8.) Pour in your whole milk into your Cannabutter flour roux mixture and allow it to cook for a few minutes and by making sure to stir regularly.
9.) In a heat-safe measuring cup, break one egg and whisk. Ladle some of the hot Cannabis infused white sauce into the scrambled egg inside the measuring cup to temper it while making sure to whisk continuously. Once mixed, pour the egg mixture back into the white sauce and mix well to incorporate.
10.) Season your Weed Mac & Cheese sauce with Salt, Pepper and Cayenne Pepper. Allow cooking for a few minutes while mixing continuously to avoid lumps.
11.) Add in a third of your Cheddar cheese into the cannabis infused roux, Mix constantly and let it cook and melt out until everything is well incorporated.
12.) Add in your cooked Macaroni elbow pasta and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
13.) Pour your Cannabis infused Macaroni and Cheese mixture into your baking dish or a dutch oven.
14.) Prepare your topping by mixing the leftover Cannabutter, Panko Bread Crumbs and the fourth of the Sharp Cheddar cheese and mix together.
15.) Spread your Cannabis infused Panko and Cheese topping over your Weed Mac & Cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
16.) Take out of the oven and serve into dishes! Viola! You now have your own homemade and potent Weed Mac and Cheese dinner you can enjoy with your friends!
