Weed Muffins Recipe
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup CannaButter (See our Cannabis Butter Recipe)
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Things you’ll need
- Large Bowl
- Muffin Mold
- Non-stick Spray
How to make Weed Muffins
1.) Prepare your Cannabutter by following the video or see another similar version recipe here Cannabutter.
2.) Prepare and Sift the flour and Baking powder into a bowl.
3.) In another bowl. Add in the eggs, 1/4 Cup Plain Unsalted Butter and 1/4 Cup Cannabutter and whisk for a few seconds.
4.) Add in 1 Cup Sugar and 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder. Whisk for a few seconds.
5.) Add in the flour and baking soda mixture and whisk until well incorporated. (Do not overmix).
6.) Add in 1/4 Cup chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds.
7.) Prepare your muffin mold by putting a thin layer of non-stick spray.
8.) Pour your weed muffin mixture in the muffin mold baking pan and fill each only 3/4s of the way.
9.) Bake for 20 minutes at 330 degrees F. Set aside to cool. Viola! You can now enjoy your homemade high quality weed muffins with your friends!
