Weed Nachos

We’ll here’s one good way to celebrate that by making some snacks to go along with it, and what better food can we prepare but one that is infused with weed or cannabis right? This Weed Nachos Jalapeno Cheese sauce recipe is the perfect one for you! Not only is it easy to make but the results are really awesome. Furthermore, you can get this prepared ahead and just get a big bag of grocery nachos and you’re done!

This cannabis infused Jalapeno cheese sauce can also be used as a dip on anything you prefer, may it be carrot sticks and celery for a healthy marijuana dip, or some potato chip cannabis dip! Basically, it is an all-around weed dip that we can use on anything! Drizzle some over your hotdog sandwich or some on fries! The possibilities are endless! So what are you waiting for? Weed Nachos Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Grams of Marijuana Buds
  • 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onions
  • 3 pcs Jalapeno chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 Bag shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese

  • Oven-safe bowl
  • Tinfoil
  • Cheesecloth
  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon

How to Make Weed Nachos

1.) Make your Simple Cannabutter by grinding your marijuana buds and adding it to the heat-safe bowl with half a stick of regular unsalted butter. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 2 hours at 250 degrees F. This will decarb and infuse the weed into the butter altogether. Once done filter through a cheesecloth that is placed on top of the measuring cup. Squeeze all the marijuana goodness out of the raw material.

2.) Prepare your onions, jalapeno and garlic by chopping them up into small pieces.

3.) Pour your prepared Cannabutter into a saucepan over medium heat and saute your onions, garlic and Jalapenos. Allow softening and cookout for a few minutes.

4.) Once onions start to look translucent, sprinkle over your flour and mix continuously. Allow the flour to cook and brown very slightly. You are making a roux.

5.) Pour your milk in and again mix continuously until the cannabis infused white sauce thickens up. This may take around 5 minutes and make sure to keep mixing to avoid the milk from burning.

6.) Pour in all your cheese and allow to melt thoroughly. Viola! You now have your own weed dip! This Weed Nachos Jalapeno Cheese topping can also be used as you please! Enjoy!
